Club Penguin Hints, Tricks and Cheats

Hey Agents!

Clup Penguin has announced that a new game for the Nintendo DS is coming out soon. Here is what they said:

It’s been over a year since the original Elite Penguin Force for Nintendo DS came out. We’ve heard that lots of you like it and you’ve even been asking if we’re making another one. We’re really excited to be the first to tell you about the brand NEW EPF game for the Nintendo DS that’ll be released mid 2010!! Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert’s Revenge will have cool stuff you said you liked from the first game – and TONS of new surprises.

Since the team’s building it right now, we want to be able to show you some behind-the-scenes work we’re doing. Just for a start, here’s a sketch of something you’ll be seeing in the game…

You can grab your friends and head to the Stage to check out Secrets of the Bamboo Forest!

Lots of penguins will be  searching the island all dressed up in the new costumes… and trying to find the Golden Feather!

This is a collectable feather pin, known it is hidden at the top of the lighthouse – near the beacon.

Once you get it, you will be able to cross the bridge over the river at the Stage and get in the Phoenix Queen’s castle.

Waddle over to the Phoenix Queen’s throne and stand next to it: the special Phoenix Queen background will be revealed.

Don’t forget to go over to the Pet Shop and have a look at the new catalogue – there is even a machine to clean your puffles – it is very funny!

A few days ago Penguins go to decide which new item they would prefer to see from April:

Club Penguin asked:

We’re thinking about a new item and we’re really hoping you can help us pick a special action to go along with it.

If you had a new hat with an action, what would you like to be able to do the most?

Most of you decided that the action should make tree grow out of the ground – crazy heh?!

Here’s a message from Club Penguin:

“Big news! Starting this Friday there’s a brand new play at the Stage! Secrets of the Bamboo Forest has a few surprises and the team’s been working really hard to get it all ready.

I shouldn’t give away all  the secrets, but the team wanted to show you the picture of a dog (see on the left).”

“Pretty cool statue, don’t you think?

Also on Friday, you’ll find a new puffle furniture catalog in the Pet Shop. We’re excited about that, too, because we think you’re going to be stoked about some of the new stuff for your puffles.

The Medieval Party is one of the all time favorite parties in Club Penguin so they have issued a sneak peek of what you’ll see this year.

CP are bringing back some of the stuff cooler stuff… and there will be new things, too.

I’ve heard tales of a dragon in the Mine… and that the Coffee Shop and Pizza Parlor will be fit for royalty (and jesters, too)!

For members, there will be a Knight’s Quest which should be really fun.

The Medieval Party will go from May 8 – 17th, so get ready to costume up and use your imagination all over the island!

By the way….Where do knights go to get something to eat?

… To an “all knight” diner!

The Sled Racing game at the top of the Ski Hill is due to be upgraded later today.

First, you will be able to buy a toboggan and ride down the hill with it. This traditional sled will be available at the Ski Hill, and if you hold it while you enter the game, you’ll get to ride it!

Then, Clup Penguin are adding music to the game too.  Have you ever noticed how much cooler games like Aqua Grabber, Catchin’ Waves, and Card-Jitsu are with music in the background? Well, Sled Racing is getting some pretty cool music in it too.  But if you prefer, you can switch it off by clicking on the question mark on the bottom of the screen.

CP are about to announce that penguins will be paid for doing jobs on the island – like the tour guide or Secret Agent (and maybe to work in the Pizza Parlour??)

This is what they said:

“Have you ever thought about taking the quizzes to become a tour guide or PSA (Penguin Secret Agent)? If your penguin is old enough, and you’re interested in helping out around the island, you might want to consider the challenge…

It’s going to be announced in the newspaper later this week that starting May 1st, penguins will get paid every month for doing those jobs!

I don’t want to give all the details away just yet (Aunt Arctic, the editor of the Club Penguin Times, will have an update soon), but let me say it’ll be worth your while.

What’s the first thing you’d do with extra coins every month? Do you like to spend or do you like to save?”

The Easter Egg Hunt is on until Monday 13th April. To start you need to click on the egg on the top right of the screen and then read the clues on the yellow piece of paper.

This is a list of the hidden places:

1. Outside the Night Club inside one of the ligths:

3. In the Mine – go in and click on the tunnel to make a cart come in (the egg will be in it):
   
4. Outside The Dojo in one of the lamps on top of the door:
   
5. Under a hat in the Gift Shop:

7. At the top of the Ski Hill (on top of the directions pole):
   
8. At the top of the lighthouse at The Beach (you need to switch the light off with the lever):

Whilst you’re at it don’t forget to collect your chocolate bunny in the forest:

My favourite bits is going to the lighthouse and having the puffle artist make a drawing of me! The picture on the left shows the first attempt!

The Underground Pool area is also very cool as is the ball play area. What is your favourite area?

I have also been taking my puffles around for walks on the island to see what funny things they get up to!

Club Penguin have also written some hints on how to take care of puffles and make them play with the furniture:

• When their health bars are full, try to not have your puffles eat or sleep. If you do, their health will decrease
• Their health will only increase if you ask them to play, eat, or sleep by clicking their puffle cards
• When your puffles choose to play, eat, and sleep on their own, their health will decrease

While you’re out and about don’t forget to pick up the free puffle bandana at the Cove:

In Other News: CP have also said they’ve squished the puffle furniture bugs – they are still be making improvements and would love to hear how things are going with your puffles now.

Oh and one last thing, I noticed that a boat is on the horizon… …and we all know what that means!!! yeaaah! I wonder was free item will be on board?
